Privacy

What we don’t do

• No third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Hotjar, no Plausible).
• No advertising networks. No re-targeting pixels. No ad cookies.
• No third-party fonts loaded from CDNs (everything is self-hosted).
• No social-media share trackers (the page’s outbound links are plain anchor tags).
• No selling, sharing, or licensing of any visitor or subscriber data to anyone, ever.

What we do collect

Three things only:

• Newsletter signup — if you submit your email address through the subscribe form, we store the lowercased email plus a UTC timestamp in a Cloudflare KV namespace for the sole purpose of sending you JobShift Weekly and the occasional product-update message. We do not store your IP address, user-agent, browser fingerprint, or any other identifier alongside the email. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter; that removes your email from our list.
• Server logs — standard web-server logs recording the request method, URL, response code, and source IP address. Used for ops (debugging) and security (rate-limiting abusive clients). Retained for 7 days then deleted.
• A Cloudflare Turnstile cookie — the subscribe form uses Cloudflare Turnstile (a challenge-response service that replaces CAPTCHA) to block automated submissions. Turnstile may set a short-lived cookie on its own challenge frame; we don't read it and Cloudflare publishes a separate privacy policy covering what they collect.

Data deletion

To delete your subscriber email or your server-log records, email [email protected] from the address on file. We’ll process the request and confirm within a week.

If this changes

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we’ll update this page and date the change. We won’t change the spirit of the policy (no third-party trackers, no selling data) without notifying subscribers via the newsletter.
